This project is located in Nigeria. The working principle of this production line is: The raw materials enter the jaw crusher through the feeder, and the crushed materials directly enter the cone crusher, and then enter the vibrating screen for screening and classification. After the stones are screened, they are transported to the designated pile by the conveyor. The sand making part is conveyed by the conveyor to the impact sand making machine for sand making. After the impact type sand making machine sand is completed, the materials are conveyed by the conveyor to the vibrating screen for screening. The unqualified (greater than 5mm) materials continue to enter the impact type sand making machine through the return material to make the sand, and they are qualified ( Larger than 5mm) The material directly enters the spiral sand washing machine for sand washing. After washing, the dehydrated sand washing and recycling operation are carried out and then the sand is discharged and transported to the designated silo.
