The project is located in Indonesia. In view of the material characteristics of limestone being brittle and low in hardness, this limestone crushing production line is suitable for the use of jaw crushers and impact crushers, with low equipment investment, large crushing ratio and high production efficiency. The large pieces of limestone blasted down from the mountain are crushed twice and screened by a vibrating screen to obtain various specifications of stones that meet the requirements of the building.

The process is as follows: the material is sent to the jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, and after the primary crushing is completed, it continues to enter the secondary crushing equipment impact crusher for medium and fine crushing treatments, and transported to the coarse crushing After the crushed materials are crushed, they are screened by a circular vibrating screen. The larger particles of limestone are returned to the impact crusher and crushed again. The qualified particles are classified and transported to different storage piles by conveyor belts for storage or trucks directly to the construction site.
