1.Structure
The ratio of barrel length to rod mill diameter is generally 1.5 to 2.0, and the inner surface of the liner on the end cap is a vertical plane. Rod mills generally use 50-100mm diameter steel rods as the grinding medium, while ball mills use steel balls as the grinding medium.
2.Grinding media filling rate
Average fill rate refers to the percentage of grinding material in the volume of the grinder. For different grinding methods, grinding structures, average shapes and operating conditions, the average fill rate has an available range. Usually, the filling rate of ball mill is 40-50%, and that of rod mill is 35-45%.
3.Application
