According to the actual situation of the customer, the company customized a set of 200 tons of cobblestone sand production line for a cobblestone processing plant in Indonesia, and according to customer needs, A reasonable processing plan was formulated for it to meet the needs of the processing plant for the output and particle size of the pebbles.
The 200t/h cobblestone sand making production line mainly includes three steps: crushing, sand making and sand washing, as follows: 1. Crushing: Under the action of the vibrating feeder, the large pieces of pebbles are uniformly and continuously sent to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed pebbles pass through the vibrating screen and enter the cone crusher as qualified. , Fine crushing processing, return to the upper level to continue crushing if it does not meet the requirements.
2. Sand making: The pebbles processed by the cone crusher will enter the sand making machine for sand making if they meet the requirements for sand making, and those that do not meet the requirements will be returned to the cone crusher for another crushing process. 3. Sand washing: the qualified pebbles after being crushed by the sand making machine are evenly sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning and dehydration processing, and the cleaned products are sent to the finished product pile for transportation.
