The entire dehydration screen is galvanized, which can effectively prevent corrosion and rust. A vertical dehydration screen mesh is added to the tail part, resulting in a lower water content in the discharged material. -

Each feeding point and impact point is protected by anti-wear protection, providing excellent protection for lifetime performance. Our design transports materials to the center of all integrated conveyors for efficient transfer to inventory. -

Working
Modular cleaning is composed of multiple devices. First, the materials fall from the raw material silo to the feeder, and then are conveyed by the conveyor to the vibrating screen for the first screening. The screened materials then enter the hydrocyclone for secondary treatment. After passing through the hydrocyclone, the materials are sent to the dewatering screen for dehydration to obtain the final finished materials. While the materials overflowing from the hydrocyclone are sent to the thickener for treatment.
